Our ColMap™ FSL350VG Automatic Sealer is a linear automatic sealing machine with a tool plate index system.

It is manufactured and designed to accommodate a range of paperboard Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) products, including sandwich packaging, salad boxes, and film lidded trays.

Packs are placed by hand into tooling pocket plates. The machine then indexes through the vacuum and gas chamber following the desired MAP programme.

The chassis of the machine is extruded anodized aluminium and it is assembled on 6 x adjustable levelling feet and 6 x castors for mobility.

Interlock safety panels, covers and control boxes are in stainless steel S304. All panels are easily removable for maintenance or clean down of machine.
