ColSeal™ SL1200
Our ColSeal™ SL200 is an automatic conveyor, lidder and sealer for high volume manufacturers.
It is suitable for heat seal packaging including sandwiches, wraps, baguette packs, salad pots, microwave soup pots, and Stagione® pots. The ColSeal™ SL200 runs at 20 cycles per minute, sealing plate has a Teflon coating, and the sealing area capacity is 170 x 195mm.
The SL1200 weighs 378kg and has feet and wheels for maximum flexibility. This sealer requires a single 3 phase socket (415-volt, 50 Hz, 16 amp) and clean air supply at 6 bar pressure and 9CFM.
This includes adjustable tooling, and we have longer length conveyor options available for larger manufacturers. Standard construction is left-to-right operation; however, a right-to-left operation is also available on request. In addition, a film sealing unit and a date coder can be added as options.
