Our ColMap™ Semi-Automatic MAP heat sealers include counter-top and floor standing options, all of which seal Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP).

Our semi-automatic pneumatically operated MAP sealing machines have the ability to store ten user defined programs to suit the required shelf-life expectancy.

Our FSR350VG is a rotary machine which aids faster operation by allowing packs to be loaded whilst sealing takes place.

These machines are suitable for sealing MAP or heat seal closure of sandwich packs, board, pulp and plastic trays. Made from food grade stainless steel, they are mobile and fit into production areas.
