The large platter base is very easy to construct and features double wall side panels, making the construction very robust and more rigid than plastic alternatives. Once constructed the bases are nestable for easy stacking allowing for space efficient storage. They have a pop out handle to make it easier to slide the bases in and out of the sleeve without having contact with the food inside.
