The heat seal baguette box is from our sandwich pack range. It has a fill volume capacity of 1000 ml or 35 UK fl.oz. This baguette box can contain one baguette or sub roll of up to 21 cm or 8½ inches. A sealing machine is necessary for secure and optimum sealing of this packaging. The recyclable paperboard material has a plastic lining inside. This enables the heat sealing and gives a good grease-resistance (subject to product-specific tests). Sealing the baguette box means it will have a longer shelf life, reducing food waste. It also reassures the customer of a secure and tamper evident closure. It has a clear window in the lid, this means the baguette and its filling can be seen easily and it presents in a tasteful and attractive way on the shelf.
This packaging is suitable for the food retail trade. For example the ready-to-eat section in supermarkets, convenience stores, take-away shops and markets. It is also great for catering and event catering.
