The ColSeal® Electro Mec sealer machine is suitable for paperboard packaging with an integral paperboard lid. In addition a film sealing option is available for trays and pots.
The Electro Mec bench model sealer weighs 60 kg and is ideal for sealing various kinds of heat-seal packs made of paperboard (sandwich packs, tortilla packs, salad packs) as well as polypropylene (PP) sleeves and PE-coated paperboard packaging. A base can be ordered to make this a floor-standing model which is mobile on lockable castors, SKU code is 08BASEPG.
Sealing frames for the simultaneous sealing of four sandwich packs as well as individual packs are available. The sealing temperature control is easy to adjust to suit materials.
In addition, robust machine engineering and simple design make the machine safe and easy to operate.
The sealer requires minimal maintenance and is easy to clean thoroughly. It has a fully electric cycle so no compressed air supply is necessary.
This ColSeal® Electro Mec is suitable for suppliers to the ready-to-eat section in supermarkets, as well as cafeterias and catering companies.
