Fuzione® is a perfect solution for chilled food-to-go, with a tray and separate lid.
Fuzione®
The bases are made from FSC® certified, recyclable paperboard with kraft effect print. The lids are also recyclable and include a high percentage of recycled content (rPET) with an anti-mist coating.
The packs feature a webbed, leakproof design*, and for additional grease resistance, these packs have a PE coating to the interior. This makes the packs ideal for salads with a dressing, sushi, noodles, pastas, or rice dishes.
We have a range of sizes available, from 522ml to 1053ml. We also offer a Fuzione® Mini Tray.
Fuzione® Medium and Large
The webbed construction of our core Fuzione® products provides superior leak resistance. Each tray also has a corresponding rPET lid with an anti-mist coating, to aid clarity when stored in a chilled environment. The lids have corner grips so are tight fitting, and stack with the bases so the filled and lidded packs can be stacked for excellent shelf density.
The large, smooth lid area provides excellent visibility of the food products within. There is also ample space for labelling to communicate tamper proofing, product information, or brand messaging.
Our Fuzione® range can also be stored nested back-of-house and has excellent stability and wide apertures for in line filling and hand filling. This also makes these boxes easy to eat from on-the-go.
Square and Small Fuzione®
Our square and small Fuzione® products provide the same superior leak resistance as their medium and large counterparts but have extra tabs on each side to lock the lids into place. The trays come with rPET anti-mist lids that are purchased separately and provide a perfect platform for on shelf stacking.
The square sizes are perfect for sushi and salads and the smaller sides suitable for small portions and sides.
Our 330ml Fuzione® Mini Tray offers an alternative construction as part of our Fuzione® range. It is suitable for dry products only, so can be used for grazing and snacking items such as nuts and seeds, or for bakery items or biscuits.
